Return Policy

Bouncyband's goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To return a product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping costs are not reimbursed) follow the steps below:

1) To request a return authorization please contact us.

2) After receipt of the form, fill it out and ship the product and form to the address specified in the instructions

3) Once we receive the merchandise back in good, saleable condition in the original packaging we will issue a refund within 4-5 business days

Damages

If you receive a product that is damaged we will replace it at no charge if you contact us.
